The Jackson Family has been coming to Kelli Engstrom Photography in Crosslake for many years. Again, I get so excited when I get to see how the kids have changed.
Katie + Rob – Grandview Lodge

What a fun couple. The wedding was perfect minus the snow. We had hoped for a Dec 3rd Snow day, but 2011 is proving to be not that way. It is now Dec 27th and still NO snow.
Crazy.
Grandview Lodge in Nisswa was amazing in the vintage look we went for. Katie was stunning and Rob was all smiles as he peeked at his bride infront of the 9′ Pine Trees.
J’Amelias did amazing hair starting at 8am. Social butterfly did an amazing decorating job and the flowers were stunning by Celebrations Foral. The night went on with DJ Chad and the dancing never stopped.

The Landecker Wedding
I cannot believe that the year is almost over. I am just getting to posting some of the greatest weddings yet.
Here is a great wedding that I photographed in late october. you would not know it by the pictures. The sky was perfect blue and it was warm.
The greatest part is that the groom was like 6’5. I am 5′. Ladder was my best friend at this wedding.
Amy + Corey – Camp Foley – Breezy Point Resort
What a fun and eventful wedding. I started by going to Studio Posh and meeting up with the girls. I thought that even though she didn’t ask me to come, I would pop my head in and take some “getting ready” pictures. That was just the start of excitement. I decided just to hope on the Bridal bus and tour with the girls until we were going to meet up at the church. (I love behind the scenes)
We then took pictures with the wind off the lake and with the little red boat. We had fun and the images show the joy on the faces of everyone.
I took the bus with the party after the ceremony and got to see how much fun these kids have.

5 Kids – Family Photography at Dark
Well, the sun goes down really fast these day. I was meeting this family at a nature trail and the sun was setting. I mean setting FAST.
We got a great image with the sun and then headed down the trail and captured a bit of brown nature, Doggy Doo and Deer in the woods.
It was fun and I love to make the kids laugh, smile and remember how great it feels to have their siblings!!
